Our Company
Second Chance is a story of faith. This story begins with two sisters who prayed to God for a business where we could help others by giving our best effort and support to the community. After months of praying, we decided to open Second Chance in February 2020. Now, Second Chance has many happy clients who have found solutions and care for their needs. We will always give thanks to God for this opportunity to grow alongside Him. We find strength and courage in Jesus Christ to make our dreams of helping others come true every day. God’s word will never. be apart from us; all the glory is to Him.

Mission Statement
Second Change Case Management is the commitment to intended offer an assorted of community services to the adult with physical and mental illness.
Vision Statement
The vision of this mission is the professional extension and quality of all services for the wide population of clients 18 years and older across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We aim to provide an easy way to meet clients’ needs and guide them to learn and resolve their own situations. Our goal is to help clients recover their basic psychological functioning and integrate them into the community, thereby avoiding further decompensation and hospitalization. Second Chance Case Management, Inc. will provide services to communities in various languages, including English and Spanish.
